Preparation guidance

Who this is for

Farmers seeking soil / water analysis or authorised seed, fertiliser and pesticide-quality tests.

Maharashtra • Check district, component and season

Documents to prepare

  • Plot / crop details and sample labels as instructed by the laboratory.
  • Purchase bill, batch and package details for an input-quality complaint.

This is a preparation checklist. The official service may request additional documents or accept alternatives.

Your next steps

  1. Contact the lab for the correct sample method, quantity, fee and submission location.
  2. Submit the sample and keep its tracking / receipt number.
  3. Retrieve the report or Soil Health Card and discuss crop recommendations with a qualified adviser.

Corrections & important checks

  • Official complaint samples may require authorised collection; do not replace that procedure with informal testing.

Fees, benefits & receipts

Check official charges and any Kendra assistance fee separately before payment. Keep a receipt. Subsidy caps, beneficiary shares and deadlines depend on the current component; assistance does not guarantee approval.
